How do I place my order?
The easiest way to place your order and make your payment is online in our online shop. You can also contact our sales department and place your order over the phone.
How do I know what size is right for my card?
Envelopes usually need to be 10mm larger than what you want to insert into them. We offer samples of many of our products if you would like to see the size or colour before ordering.
Can I receive information on selecting the right envelope?
If you have any questions or prefer to place your order over the phone, please call us and we will be happy to help you. The lines are generally open from 8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
You can buy one item or as many as you like! The more you buy the more discount you can get.
Can I get a discount if I buy a large quantity?
Standard discounts between 30% and 50% apply to orders of more than 100 units of a particular product, further discounts and promotions will be available on some occasions.
What happens if I want to return any of the products I have purchased?
You can return your products partially or totally as long as they are not printed, damaged or used. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return the products and inform us via email.
Once you obtain the return number, you have again 14 calendar days to send the order back to our facilities (shipping is at your expense). Once we receive and check the material, we will proceed to the corresponding payment.
Product changes are always managed as a return and new purchase. You must follow the steps indicated above: notification and return and in this case, place a new order on the website with the product you want.
How accurate is the stock level on your website?
We endeavour to ensure that the website reflects the stock levels we have in our warehouse but some products may sell out quickly so placing an order with us does not guarantee availability of the product. We will of course make every effort to fulfil your order and if this is not possible we will inform you as soon as possible.
Alternatively, to avoid disappointment you can contact us on sales@umbrikud.ee to check with us for availability or even reserve stock if you require a large quantity.
